I'm not an administrator, I can only explain to you how to do it for
yourself.

Please note carefully unsubscribe messages must be sent to:
abiword-user-request@abisource.com
note the extra "request" in the email address

this is the same process as you used to sign up to the list, the only
difference is this time you must mail the word "unsubscribe" rathr than
"subscribe"
