Import plugins

I am using Windows XP SP2
Abiword 2.6.2
Import/export plugins 2.6.2
Abiword from Sourceforge

If I install the plugins I want, it works perfectly as long as I don't
close Abiwird.
As soon as I close it and then restart it, all plugins have been forgotten
so I have to re-install them.
Why?
