Create a document with two or more pages.
On the second page create a list.
Put a non-listed paragraph after the end of the list.
start another paragraph after that.
Open Format bullets and numbering dialog.
Put caret in the paragraph following the non-list paragraph.
Choose "attach to previous" list in the dialog.
Click apply.
Caret warps to the top of the first page.

Patch fixes this.
