Another element of the header that needs review is the encoding.
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n"
is generally preferable to
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1\n" (as found, for
instance, in the Italian PO)
I had gone through the PO files during the upload process and
addressed the conversion of the encoding to UTF-8, so this will be
easy for me to pick up.
