Running Abiword 1.0.4 on win98se. I get phantom square characters ÿÿ
which seem to be related to my use of tabs to form tables. These are not
selectable or deletable yet print out even when I view formatting marks. If
I save the file as rtf or txt and open in another editor such as cryptedit
they don't show up or if they do they are editable. I have tried saving and
reopening and / or cut and paste into a new document with no effect. It
just seems to come up occasionally and really frustrates me with what is
otherwise a wonderful app.
Suggestions??
